SLS enters the Luxury Housing Market; Loudspeakers to be used by the Trump Organization |
Project Expected to Generate $2.1 million to 7.1 million in revenue SLS International SITI, an emerging new leader in loudspeaker manufacturing announced today that SLS Audio, a division of SLS International, had been selected to provide the SLS home line of high output ribbon driver speakers as the standard speaker for the new Trump luxury condominiums being built in Miami, Florida.
The newest property being developed by Donald J. Trump, Gil and Michael Dezer is the pinnacle of luxury, located on the Atlantic Ocean. The project includes the Trump Grande International, The Trump Palace and the Trump Royale, which are located on 11 acres along 1,000 feet of oceanfront.

The Trump project consists of three luxury towers. These include The Trump Grande International, a luxury condo hotel resort and spa managed by Sonesta Properties, The Trump Palace and The Trump Royale. The properties are 55-story luxury high rise residences with almost 700 residences between the two. The starting price per residence at the Palace and Royale is over $1 million per unit. The new owners select from entertainment packages that include from 15 to over 50 speakers per residence. This equates to revenue to SLS of $3,000 to $10,000 per unit depending on the mix of speakers selected.
