NBC Studios Feature SLS Technology at 2002 Winter Olympic Games |

SALT LAKE CITY (February 5, 2002) - NBC affiliates broadcasting in HDTV received ultra-high fidelity audio support at the network’s Salt Lake City Studios this past February thanks to SLS. SLS monitors offered the clarity and inner detail that affiliate production personnel were looking for along with very little EQ setup requirements compared with other 5.1 systems. Eighty-four percent of U.S. households viewed NBC at some point during the Games, with an estimated 24.2 million viewers per average minute of prime time. |
