Hootie and The Blowfish Use SLS For Their New Album |
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. Nov. 5, 2002--SLS International today announced the new album from Hootie and The Blowfish is being recorded utilizing the SLS, award-winning S8R, nearfield studio monitors.
Bogart's Studio in Miami Beach, Florida, is the location where the new album is currently in progress. Studio owners Bob Rosa and Gary Corbett have recorded and produced artists such as Madonna, Prince, N-Sync, Cyndi Lauper and Taylor Dayne over their 20 years in the business and have used many different types of speakers during that time. They commented: "The SLS monitors are the most accurate speakers we have ever used. We can hear things in our mixes that aren't there when using other speakers. |
